Know Your Rights - RTO Complaint Process
Families who have concerns about the use of restraint, time-outs, or isolated time-outs in schools, also known as RTO, deserve clear information about their rights and the steps they can take to address these issues. This module intends to help families understand when the RTO complaint process is appropriate.
